How to Do Daily Affirmations for Kindness

Replacing your negative thoughts about other people with positive ones is the key focus of your daily affirmations. You should:

  • Create a routine. Don’t do affirmations for one day and then forget for three. You should create a routine.

Start by doing affirmations for 2-3 minutes a day. You can increase if you like as time goes on.

  • Meditate and repeat. When you doing your affirmations, meditate and repeat your words at least 10 times. The repetition is what helps your mind to focus on positivity.
  • Be patient. Stick to the practice and be patient. If you are in a rush for change, it can take away from the authenticity of the practice.
